Systems we’ve built.

One methodology: map the operation, build the layer, hand it over, delivered across technology, financial markets, construction, and healthcare.

End-to-end agentic AI platform, engineered for a founder’s capital raise.

A venture-backed founder needed working software, not slides. We built the full system; it supported a successful raise.

Context

The client, a venture-backed founder, needed a production-grade agentic AI platform ahead of an investor raise: working capability, not a prototype that dies in a demo.

Solution

We engineered the complete system end to end: architecture, models, and the working product, delivered as software that ran.

Outcome

The founder carried a functioning platform into the raise, which closed. The software demonstrated capability rather than concept.

Client anonymized pending written approval. No client-confidential figures published.

live

A live AI platform delivering daily precious-metals market analysis.

Engineered and launched end to end: an AI product serving traders and investors, in market now.

Context

The engagement called for a consumer-facing AI product delivering daily gold and precious-metals analysis to traders and investors.

Solution

We designed, built, and launched the platform end to end, applying AI to produce consistent, data-driven market insight at scale.

Outcome

The platform is live and in market, serving its user base with daily AI-generated analysis.

Studio-owned product, live in market. Named on request.

378-prospect construction funnel: an automated engine recovering 296 lost prospects.

A construction client had more inbound prospects than its team could follow up. We mapped the funnel and built the engine that recovers them.

Context

The client, a Canadian construction firm, was generating prospects faster than its team could respond. Our funnel analysis identified 378 prospects, of which 296 had been lost to unmanaged follow-up.

Solution

We deployed an automated lead-to-close engine on the client’s existing systems: every prospect summarized, statused, and followed up on an automatic cadence. No platform migration required.

Outcome
3781prospects mapped in the funnel
2961recovered onto an automatic cadence
Status

The engine is actively recovering the 296. We publish this engagement as exactly what it is: in progress.

1Client anonymized while the engagement is in progress. Prospect counts from our funnel analysis.

Proprietary outreach infrastructure: thousands of ideal-fit prospects reached.

The studio operates its own demand-generation engine: the same infrastructure we build for clients. Figures self-reported.

Context

Outreach at volume is the same constraint our clients face. Rather than outsource it, the studio built and operates its own demand-generation infrastructure.

Solution

The engine systematically introduces the studio to its ideal customer profile, reaching thousands of ideal-fit prospects across 3,900+ campaign sequences.

Outcome

We deploy for clients only the infrastructure we operate ourselves.

2Internal system. Figures self-reported from internal dashboards. No third-party audit.

pre-launch

A custom bilingual clinical platform, in pre-launch for an entrepreneur.

A custom clinical software platform, Arabic and English, built for an entrepreneur entering the healthcare sector.

Context

The engagement is a custom clinical software platform for an entrepreneur entering the healthcare sector, built bilingually in Arabic and English.

Solution

We are building the platform end to end, both languages first-class.

Status

The platform is in pre-launch. Full engagement details publish at launch.

Engagement in pre-launch. Client anonymized; no performance figures published.

live

Atlas: a custom AI operating system, in daily internal use.

The second-brain capability, dogfooded: a custom AI operating system the studio runs on every day. Figures self-reported.

Context

Atlas is the studio’s own AI operating system: a “second brain” in continuous daily use since inception. It captures, organizes, and compounds the flow of information, decisions, and follow-through behind the studio’s operations.

Solution

We engineered Atlas end to end as a custom operating layer: knowledge capture, priority surfacing, and context that compounds over time. The studio runs on it before recommending the pattern to anyone.

Outcome
55,000+3words of structured, cross-linked knowledge captured
93disparate systems unified into one queryable view
73internal automation scripts shipped

In continuous daily use as the studio’s operating layer. The measured impact to date is consolidation and compounding context; time-reclaimed figures are early, self-reported estimates and are not published here.

3Internal system. Counts are the system’s own measured self-audit. Time-reclaimed impact is a self-reported estimate, not instrumented; no third-party audit.

How we publish

Metric in the title. Client anonymized until written sign-off. Internal work labeled internal; in-progress work labeled in progress. Every number on this page traces to the studio’s internal milestones ledger. Where a figure is self-reported, it says so. We name clients only with their written OK. Anonymized-but-specific beats vague-but-named.

//The platform layer

FlowsLM + DocFlow.

Our in-house RAG and document-processing infrastructure. Client systems ship in weeks because they stand on a platform we already built.

FlowsLM is retrieval over your documents with compliance flagging built in: answers graded red, yellow, or green. DocFlow moves documents from ingest to classification to extraction, with a human in the loop, through to the ERP.

For organizations with strict data rules, the same platform deploys fully self-hosted on your own infrastructure. Nothing touches a third-party cloud.

The platform is not a product for sale. It is what your system stands on.

Built and maintained in-house.

Stop hiring for problems a system can solve.
